Click on the "Projects" tab, highlight the desired session to export by clicking on it and click export. The export file will be created in a comma separated value format, and may be opened in excel or text edit. To open in Excel, start Excel, click file->open, and select your track and bill export file. You will be prompted for the delimiter settings. Select comma separated with single quotes text identifier. |

| Hello, I downloaded a free demo of your "Track & Bill BTS" software. I am wondering if there is a way to combine
projects onto one invoice. And if not, are you developing this further to have that capability? Also, it would be nice to be able to design the invoice.

Currently there is no function to combine projects onto one invoice. This is on the "to do" list. |

There was a bug in the new date formatting features. This has been resolved, however, you must
download and install the current "newest" version of the program. Go to the Downloads page on the
website, and download the program. Your registration ID will need to be entered again. |

| When I double-click a field to edit it, I can edit, but then there is no way to close the edit.
If I double-click a field, edit its contents and then click on another field to close the first field, T&B clears the first field and takes my text and puts it in the new field.

When you modify the time fields(or cells) you must be sure to enter the time in the format HH:MM:SS (hours:minutes:seconds). If you enter this in the incorrect format, the data storage structure will become corrupted.
